SQRL Exchange & Payment Policy

At SQRL, we offer exchange only.

We do not provide returns or refunds.

Payment on Delivery

• For cash-on-delivery orders, the courier will collect the full order amount before
• handing over the package. By placing an order, you agree to this payment process.

Shipping

Delivery for all orders is free.

• If you request an exchange, the courier fees for pickup and reshipping will be paid by the customer.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted if the item is:

• unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• in original packaging with all tags.
• reported within 7 days.
• Exchanges apply for size issues, wrong items, or manufacturing defects.

How Exchanges Work

• Contact us on info@sqrl-eg.com with your order number and details. Once approved, the courier will collect the item and deliver the replacement. Delivery fees for exchanges apply.

Non-Eligible Items

• Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing packaging/tags cannot be exchanged.

Customer Agreement

• Placing an order with SQRL means you accept our exchange-only, payment-before-delivery, and exchange shipping fee policy.
